Can you believe it?!? 25 years ago, aspiring hobby developer Carl Forhan launched Songbird Productions and hosted an event called JagFest in June 1999. The fan-led event has appeared off and on over the years, even in Europe as e-JagFest, but that was the only event hosted by Songbird… until NOW.
Songbird is pleased to announce that JagFest 2024 is coming to Rochester, MN, on June 28-29, for a 25th anniversary celebration. Tickets on sale NOW; only 100 tickets will be sold. Here are some quick details for you.

Friday, June 28
- 2pm – Early entrance for setup only (contact Songbird for details)
- 4pm – Show opens for all attendees
- 7pm – Tournaments start
- 10pm – Show closes for all attendees
Saturday, June 29
- 10am – Show opens for all attendees
- 4pm – Tournaments close & winners announced
- 8pm – Show closes for all attendees; teardown and clean up begin
- 10pm – Teardown ends
So why host an event? We just want retrogaming fans who enjoy the same Lynx, Jaguar, and Nuon systems that we do to have a chance to meet in a relaxed, personal setting. Share your stories, bring games to swap, or showcase your prized possessions. This will be one retro celebration you won’t want to miss!
