NOTE: The Analogue Pocket does not appear to properly save the on-cart EEPROM data in addition to Lynx RAM when using Pocket save states. It is therefore recommended you do not use Pocket save states with Ynxa. If you do use save states, and encounter a problem, then perform the following steps:

  1. Power off your Analogue Pocket.
  2. Wait 10 seconds, then power on your Analogue Pocket.
  3. Start a clean “new game” in Ynxa. DO NOT attempt to load a saved game from either the Pocket or the on-cart EEPROM.

    After watching the YouTube vid, I ordered YNXA and I’m really glad I did. It’s a really good “flick screen” puzzle/platform game with the unique twist of being able to change between 3 characters, all of who have different abilities: air (jump), water (make yourself small) and fire (blow stuff up!). The graphics are good (but I have noticed some game slow down when you switch characters – but it’s not game breaking). The puzzle rooms do take some time to beat and do offer a good challenge – as I played, it reminded me of “chips challenge” (which is a compliment) and the music is perfect for this type of game – it repeats in a perfect loop but doesn’t get annoying. Would I recommend this game? Yes!
    If you fancy a quirky puzzle/platformer that tests the old grey matter (and you enjoyed “chips challenge”) I believe you’ll like this 👍
